Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 10 months ago

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made. This  is due to the nature of our products - they are perishable (like a bunch of fresh flowers), so we can't send them to anyone else!

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if you are unhappy for any other reason, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will review the situation and do our very best to help.
