All our chocolates are made here in the UK to a recipe created by our master chocolatier Steve (Russell). Just about all our ingredients are British, apart from the cocoa, which is sustainably sourced, predominantly from Colombia.Interesting fact coming up....&#xA0;... The artisanal factory that makes our chocolates was the very first customer for Giles&apos; family business back in 1921. They bought a 7lb block of chocolate from my Grandfather. In the mid 1960&apos;s my Dad met a &apos;charming young Swiss Chocolatier&apos; (according to his meticulously kept diary notes) - we took Peter out for his 80th Birthday lunch last summer.
