Can I change my order after I've checked out?Updated 8 months ago

The short answer is... it depends!

If you catch us quickly, i.e. before your order  is packed, we can often amend it, especially during low-demand periods. But please note that during periods of high-demand (e.g. Festive Season), we are very focused on getting all your delicious chocolates out-the-door quickly, so we may not be able to amend! 

However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order, on [email protected].
