How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 8 months ago

When you purchase a subscription from us, your order confirmation will include a link to your own individual customer subscription portal.  This puts you in full control of your subscription.  (Don't worry if you can't find your link any time - just get in touch and we'll resend it)

So, to cancel your subscription, just :

1. Click on the link to your customer subscription portal 

2. Click on your subscription product, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' box.  

That's it!

Our cancellation confirmation email includes a 'Manage Subscription' link, which you can use to re-activate your subscription at any time, but please note this will be at the current price for that product on the day.
