How long does delivery take?Updated 8 months ago

The quick answer is – usually within 7 working days of placing your order, but very often it’s sooner.   The long answer is… it depends!  On  1) how quickly we can pack and post your order, and  2) which shipping option you choose...

Our pack/post time depends on:

• When you order (we don’t pack at the weekend),
• How busy we are (we can’t always clear the backlog each day!)
• The temperature – yes!  (see ‘What happens when it’s too hot?’) **hotlink 
• Your chosen shipping option (we prioritise packing Express orders)
• The day of the week (we don’t ship standard orders on Fridays in the summer)
• The time of day you order (the orders may already have been collected that day)
• Any bribes paid to Customer Service or the packing team (JOKES!!!)

 Our UK shipping options are:

• Standard (free) – delivery target 2-3 days from shipping, usually delivered 7 days a week
• Express – delivery target 1-2 days from shipping, delivered 7 days a week
• Express plus ice – (hot weather option) delivery target 1-2 days from shipping, delivered 7 days a week
