My order has taken ages - is it lost?Updated 8 months ago

At Russell & Atwell we are a chocolate business, reliant on couriers to get your fresh chocs to you - and they do occasionally let us down. 

Please keep an eye on your tracking information for updates.  Order do sometimes appear to get 'stuck' in one place for a couple of days, but we usually find these orders unstick themselves again before too long.  

We have done extensive product testing to ensure our chocolates are fine, even if they are delayed on their way to you.  The little drop of wild honey, a brilliant natural preservative, keeps them in great shape to pop into the fridge and chill down for a couple of hours, ready to enjoy at their best.
