What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 8 months ago
Oops, very sorry. We have a wonderful and experienced team at Chocolate HQ... but we are all human and mistakes can happen!
Just send us an email with the details to [email protected]. Please include your #order number, a photo of the items you have received and a photo of the packaging it came in so we can investigate.
While we can't guarantee the exact items are replaced due to potential stock issues - e.g. we only ever make 100 pouches of our micro batches - we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!
