The short answer is... it depends!
If you catch us quickly, i.e. before your order is packed, we can often amend it, especially during low-demand periods. But please note that during periods of high-demand (e.g. Festive Season), we are very focused on getting all your delicious chocolates out-the-door quickly, so we may not be able to amend!
However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, this is really important! So please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order, on [email protected] and we will always try to help.
NB One thing we can never change is your payment method - or your billing address. This is because we aren't authorised to do so. But please don't worry if your billing address appears wrong - if there was a problem with it, then your order wouldn't have gone through. So if you have an order confirmation, that automatically means that all is fine!
