What is 'Dollop Rewards'?

Dollop Rewards is our loyalty programme and named after the dollops of fresh organic double cream we use in our chocolates. You earn 'dollops' when you shop and in a few other ways, then swap them for money off scrumptiously fresh chocolates.

How do I join?

Joining is free and takes seconds. Sign up or sign in at https://account.russellandatwell.com and you'll receive 200 Dollops just for joining, before you've bought anything.

How do I earn Dollops?

Shop: every £1 you spend earns 5 Dollops (this applies to all orders, including subscription orders)

Refer a friend: 500 Dollops when your friend places their first order (your friend gets £5 off their first order too)

Birthday: 500 Dollops on your birthday. Please make sure your birthday is added to your profile.

I've bought from Russell & Atwell before — do my past orders count?

Yes, we've back-dated Dollops for every order placed since 1st January this year. If you've ordered from us this year, your Dollops are already waiting in your account. Sign in at https://account.russellandatwell.com to see your balance. Orders placed before 1st January this year don't earn Dollops (we're chocolatiers, not time-travellers).

What is a Dollop worth?

Every £1 you spend earns 5 Dollops, and from 500 Dollops you can swap them for money off. So roughly: buy chocolate, get more chocolate cheaper.

Do Dollops expire?

Dollops expire after 12 months of inactivity. We'll email a warning well before anything melts away - one small order keeps the lot.

Can I use Dollop rewards with other discount codes?

No, one treat at a time. Dollop rewards can't be combined with other discount codes or offers.

Do subscription orders earn Dollops?

Yes, every £1 counts, however you order.

How does refer-a-friend work?

Sign in at https://account.russellandatwell.com to find your personal referral link. Share it with a friend: they get £5 off their first order, and once their first order is placed, 500 Dollops land in your account.

Dollop Rewards is currently in testing ('Beta') mode, so the occasional glitch is possible - no worries, your Dollops are safe with us.
