Help! I'm not going to be there when my order arrives!Updated 8 months ago

Our chocolates should be kept as cool as possible during transit - and out of direct sunlight to avoid melting.  And our twin packs and triple packs are letterbox-friendly, so your carrier can post them straight through your door to safety.  

However the little drop of wild honey does a great job of keeping all our chocolates deliciously fresh - even during a delayed delivery - until you can pop them into the fridge.  

If you are still concerned, then you have a couple of options:

- provided your order hasn't already been shipped, then we can keep it safely in our chill room ready to ship at a more convenient time for you - just drop us a message to [email protected] with your #order number and your preferred ship date and we'll try to help.

- If your order is already on the way, you may still be able to e.g. change your delivery day or nominate a neighbour or a Safeplace - just click the 'manage my delivery' link in the delivery update email you receive from your carrier and choose from the options offered.
