How do I change my subscription details?Updated 6 months ago

When you purchase a subscription from us, your order confirmation will include a link to your own individual customer subscription portal.  This puts you in full control of your subscription.  (Don't worry if you can't find your link any time - just get in touch and we'll resend it)


To change the details of your subscription:

1. Click on the link to your customer subscription portal

2. Click on your subscription product.  This will take you to a menu confirming your subscription details - i.e. quantity, next order date, order frequency, payment details and your customer details.  

3. Click on the arrow in the appropriate box to change any of these settings.

4. If you want to change your subscription items, just add a new product and delete the old one.  Please note the new product will be added at the current subscription price for that product, as shown on the website.
