How do I skip a subscription shipment?Updated 7 months ago

When you purchase a subscription from us, your order confirmation will include a link to your own individual customer subscription portal.  This puts you in full control of your subscription.  (Don't worry if you can't find your link any time - just get in touch and we'll resend it)

If you want to skip a delivery altogether - perhaps because you are going on holiday - then:


1. Click on the link to your customer subscription portal

2. Click on your subscription product.  This will take you to a menu confirming your subscription details (quantity, next order date, order frequency, payment details and your customer details.)  

3. Scroll down and click the 'Skip this order' box at the bottom of the list.
