How do I track my order?Updated 7 months ago

Once we have picked and packed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a Whistl tracking link.  Tracking information may not be immediately available, but your  link will go 'live' as soon as your order has been collected and scanned in by Whistl.  

All further delivery updates will be emailed to you directly by Whistl or your courier (usually Royal Mail).  Unfortunately we are unable to pass on any delivery changes or requests to our couriers - but you can manage your own delivery at this point, using the links included in the delivery updates - e.g. delaying delivery or leaving delivery instructions.  Please note that the closer your order is to delivery, the fewer options will be available - so try to make any changes quickly!
