How long does delivery take?Updated 3 months ago

The quick answer is – usually within 7 working days of placing your order, but very often it’s sooner.   The long answer is… it depends!  On:

a) How quickly we can pack and post your order, and  

b) Which shipping option you choose...

Our pack/post time depends on:

• When you order (we don’t pack at the weekend),
• How busy we are (we can’t always clear the backlog each day!)
• The temperature – yes!  (see ‘What happens when it’s too hot?’)
• Your chosen shipping option (we prioritise packing Express orders)
• The day of the week (we don’t ship standard orders on Fridays in the summer)
• The time of day you order (the orders may already have been collected that day)
• Any bribes paid to Customer Service or the packing team (JOKE!!!)

 Our UK shipping options are:

• Standard – delivery target 2-3 days from shipping, usually delivered 6 days a week
• Express – delivery target 1-2 days from shipping, delivered 7 days a week
• Express plus ice – (hot weather option) delivery target 1-2 days from shipping, delivered 7 days a week
