I can't log in? Why aren't you sending me my password?Updated 8 months ago

OK...

We have to confess that the website is pretty misleading on this point - sorry!  When you reach the checkout page, it does offer you an option to  'log in' but, in practice, no-one has an account or a password.  So you will never receive a password back from us, even if you click the 'forgot your password' box a hundred times!  One day we will have our own bespoke software and sort this out once and for all....

In the meantime, please just complete your details and check out as a guest.  

Shop will offer to save your details at the end for faster checkout next time, but be aware that Shop will then introduce additional levels of security - e.g. entering a code sent to your phone - so many of our customers prefer not to do this.


Subscriptions are slightly different, since you do have an individual customer subscription portal which allows you to manage all aspects of your subscription.  We send you this link in your initial subscription order confirmation email, but if you can't find it, just message us on [email protected] and we can send it again.  Please see our section on Subscriptions for more info.
