My chocolates have arrived damagedUpdated 8 months ago

Our chocolates are sent out in bespoke boxes to give them the best chance of arriving in perfect condition. 

However, things do occasionally go wrong - so we're sorry if your chocolates aren't looking tip-top when they arrive!  We'd love to deliver every pack directly to you ourselves, but we're a chocolate company, in the hands of occasionally heavy-handed couriers.

We’ll do our best to help.

Please email our team on [email protected] with: 

  • your #order number 
  • a photo of your damaged chocolates 
  • a photo of the external packaging they were sent in, again showing any damage

This will allow us to investigate - and have words with the couriers if necessary too!  

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll always resolve the situation as best we can.
