My order tracking says 'delivered' - but it’s not here.Updated 8 months ago
Hmmm, this is a tricky one and can sometimes require a little detective work! If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually leave the parcel in a safe location. The delivery confirmation is sometimes a bit vague, but do check as in some instances it will show the exact location of the delivery.
Be sure to check around your home and with any neighbours / building management who may have collected or taken your delivery in for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it was headed to the right location - we do occasionally get issues where, ahem, the customer has put the wrong address in.
It is also possible that a parcel may be marked as delivered, but is taking additional time to arrive.

- your #order number
- the address you were expecting it to be delivered to
- any other relevant details
